Dr. Laurence Gilford BDSLaurence graduated from the University Hospital of Wales Dental School in 1973. He has been in general practice in Ealing since 1975. Over the years, he has attended many postgraduate courses and seminars to keep abreast with the latest developments. He has a particular interest in non-invasive cosmetic dentistry, advanced tooth whitening, and the links between gum disease and general health. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Alpha Omega International Lecture Fraternity. Laurence is married with two daughters. He is a keen cyclist and has competed in international amateur races in France and Italy, he enjoys tennis, music, literature and travel. |

Dr. Brendan Carr BDSBrendan graduated with commendation in 1998 from Glasgow University Dental Hospital. He practised for three years in Scotland, and then to gain further valuable experience he took up a position at one of Eastern Australia's most prestigious private Dental practices. Having practised in Australia for 3 years he now makes the move to join us at Ealing Dental. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and has a particular interest in advanced aesthetic Dentistry and Implants. Brendan is married with two young children. Outside of dentistry Brendan is a keen Rugby Union player, plays golf and enjoys spending time with his family. |
Dental Hygienists

Jackie TwomeyJackie has been a hygienist at the practice since April 1996 after qualifying from Kings College Dental Hospital London. Other qualifications include Dental surgery assistant and a certificate in Oral Health Education. Jackie has a particular interest in links between gum disease and general health Jackie is a keen supporter of London Irish rugby and enjoys reading, theatre and cinema outings. Moya NelsonMoya practised at Ealing Dental for many years as a hygienist joining Laurence directly after graduating from Guys Dental Hospital in 1984, she will be well known to many of our patients. Having taking time out with her two children, we are now delighted to welcome her back to the Practice. Moya has a deep involvement in her patients' welfare and ongoing Dental health Moya is an enthusiastic supporter of Arsenal attending all the home games with her family. |

Cathy Carey (Practice Manager), Kay Stewart (Receptionist) & Anita Dadak (Receptionist)Cathy, Kay and Anita have between them worked at the practice for the past 22 years, and are the first point of contact for the patient. Cathy and Kay are also experienced Dental Nurses. All our reception staff has a wealth of experience to assist you and will be pleased to answer any questions you may have with regards to your dental procedures as well as administration. |
